- Swimming pool: from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm or 8pm* (Monday to Saturday)
- Gym: from 6 am to 10 pm (Monday to Monday)
- Restaurant: 9am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)
- Laundry: 24 hours (Monday to Monday)
- Reception: 24 hours (Monday to Monday)
* During the summer the pool is open until 8pm, except on rainy days.
Guests also have a private parking space located underground and can enter and leave their cars freely, using the magnetic card that activates the garage door.
I will not be available in person and prefer to communicate via the app.

- Check-in at the condominium reception is only available until 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m., guests who have not yet checked in at reception will no longer be allowed to enter.

- If you also need to use our parking space, please provide the model and license plate of the vehicle in advance.
- Visits and/or the inclusion of a new guest are not permitted without prior authorization.
- An additional fee will be charged for more than 2 guests (to be consulted).
- If you notice that something is damaged or broken, please notify us.
- In the event of damage to the linens or any other equipment, accessory or decorative item in the apartment, due to misuse or negligence on the part of the guest, the replacement of the damaged item may be charged.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Parties and events are not permitted on the premises.
- Pets are also not allowed.
- Do not let trash pile up. Always keep the place clean and organized.
- After 10 pm, respect silence.
- Always maintain good manners, harmonious coexistence and respect for neighbors and condominium employees.
